It's 5 AM at my hotel in Sydney

I had something to do today—head to the testing center to get my White Card. Simply put, a White Card is a certification you need to work on construction sites. There are different levels of certifications for construction work, but without a White Card, you can't work at all. So I went to get one.
Why did I need a White Card? Two reasons. First, while I'm here in Australia on a working holiday, I wanted to try something that not many people have done. Second, it's just easier to make money. From what I've heard, depending on the type of work, you can earn around 3,000 yen (about 30 AUD) per hour. I figured it's a solid option if I want to earn quickly in a short time.
Got the Temporary Certificate

When I actually got there, most of the other people taking the course were 19 or 20-year-old Australians. The instructor was Australian too, of course, so I was worried about whether I could keep up with the English. But the instructor was really nice, and it wasn't overly difficult.
There was a test, but I managed to get through it. Even if you can't speak English that well, as long as you can understand some listening, you'll be fine.
This paper is basically a temporary license until the actual White Card arrives. And with that, it's done for now.
Visiting a Friend's Place

After that, I went to a friend's house. The dog there was super friendly and adorable.
